- Cost Simulations: Model cost scenarios side by side before committing to a new supplier, formulation, or price change.
Audit-Ready Compliance
- Batch Traceability: End-to-end tracking built for regulated industries.
- Recall Readiness: Identify every affected batch and customer if a product has to be recalled.
- Integrated Quality: Quality control checkpoints and audit trails woven into production workflows.
Achievable Production Plans
- Constraint-Based Scheduling: Plan around real capacity limits including machines and tooling.
- Shortage Visibility: Material shortages surfaced before they reach the shop floor.
- Responsive Planning: Adjust schedules in real time as conditions change.
Equipment Reliability
- Reduced Downtime: Shift from reactive repairs to preventive care.
- Asset Tracking: Monitor equipment condition and usage over time.
- Mobile Maintenance App: Engineers log inspections and repairs from the asset location.

Built for Your Industry
Traceability, quality control and compliance work differently in food production than in aerospace. Our solutions are built for those specifics, industry by industry.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is CompuTec ProcessForce and how does it relate to SAP Business One?
CompuTec ProcessForce is a manufacturing management solution built natively inside SAP Business One. It uses the same database, tables, and user interface, so from a user's perspective it feels like one system, with additional manufacturing-specific functionality available where it's needed. There is no middleware, no separate synchronization, and no external integration to maintain.
Does CompuTec ProcessForce support AI?
Yes. CompuTec AppEngine includes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server that connects CompuTec ProcessForce and SAP Business One data to AI agents. This works in both directions. AI agents can query your live operational data in natural language and carry out tasks within the system, but they can also bring external context in. For example, you could ask an AI agent how a geopolitical event might affect your supply chain costs or delivery times, and receive a response that draws on both your internal data and broader external sources, turning your ERP into an active tool for business decision-making.
What types of manufacturing does CompuTec ProcessForce support?
CompuTec ProcessForce supports both process manufacturing, where production is formula or recipe-based, such as food, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals, and discrete manufacturing, where products are assembled from multi-level Bills of Materials. Many manufacturers operating across both models use CompuTec ProcessForce to manage them within a single environment.
Which industries is CompuTec ProcessForce designed for?
CompuTec ProcessForce is used across a range of industries including food and beverage, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics, and industrial manufacturing. Its traceability, quality control, and shelf-life management tools make it particularly well-suited to regulated and quality-sensitive environments.
How does CompuTec ProcessForce handle regulatory compliance and quality requirements?
Quality checkpoints, traceability requirements, and documentation workflows can be built directly into your production processes. Whether you are working to FDA, BRC, or other applicable standards, CompuTec ProcessForce supports configurable inspection points, automated compliance documents such as NCMR and MSDS, and full forward and backward batch traceability, all within the SAP Business One environment.
Can CompuTec ProcessForce manage material shortages, shelf life, and inventory consumption?
Yes. The MRP engine identifies material gaps before production begins. For inventory consumption, CompuTec ProcessForce supports FIFO, FEFO, and FMFO logic, so stock is consumed in the right order based on age, expiry date, or manufacture date, reducing production waste and inventory obsolescence while keeping quality consistent.
How does scheduling and production planning work in CompuTec ProcessForce?
CompuTec ProcessForce includes an MRP II engine that factors in lead times, expiry dates, batch status, and BOM revisions when calculating material requirements. For scheduling, a drag-and-drop planning board and constraint-based tools allow you to sequence production around actual capacity.
Does CompuTec ProcessForce support mobile working on the shop floor?
Yes. A suite of mobile applications covers the main execution points: CompuTec PDC (Production Data Capture) for recording production data and time bookings on the factory floor, a Quality Control app for inspectors to register test results in the moment, and a Plant Maintenance app for engineers to manage and log maintenance tasks at the asset location.
Can we extend or customize CompuTec ProcessForce to fit our specific processes?
We design CompuTec ProcessForce so that as much as possible can be achieved through configuration rather than custom development. During implementation it can be configured and tailored extensively to match your specific workflows, and that continues as your business evolves. Where configuration is not enough, CompuTec AppEngine lets you build custom applications that integrate fully with CompuTec ProcessForce and SAP Business One, so you are not constrained by a fixed feature set.
Does CompuTec WMS work with CompuTec ProcessForce?
Yes. The two solutions are fully integrated. For example, Manufacturing Order material issues and receipts can be executed through CompuTec WMS, as can inventory movements between the warehouse and line-side stock locations.
What does implementation involve and do we need a partner?
CompuTec ProcessForce is implemented either by our own delivery team or by a partner from our partner community, each combining SAP Business One and manufacturing process expertise. Implementation scope and timeline will depend on the complexity of your operation and which functionalities you are deploying. Our team is happy to help you understand what to expect and connect you with the right partner for your region and industry.
