Growing since 1999, and always building what's next

Since 1999 we have grown from a small local company, adding customers and solutions as business and technology change. Keeping pace is part of who we are, and we are known for adopting SAP Business One's latest releases and technologies early. Yet we have stayed personal, big enough to work with customers worldwide and small enough that people are known by name and listened to. You do not need to be a developer to enjoy that, just an interest in technology.

What It's Like to Work Here

  • Always Something New
    • We are always working with new technology, from the latest SAP Business One releases to the tools we build ourselves. If you enjoy understanding how things work and trying new ideas, there is always something to get into.
  • Ownership of Your Work
    • People here take real ownership of what they do. You are trusted to make decisions and to shape how your work gets done, and your ideas are wanted whatever your role and however long you have been with us.
  • Grow in Your Own Direction
    • As long as the work the company needs gets done, there is room to steer what you do toward your strengths. If you have a particular talent or interest, you will be encouraged to build on it and develop in that direction.
  • Where We Work
    • We have three offices, in Swiebodzin, Poznan, and Zielona Gora, and we like people to spend time working together in person when they can. Some roles are hybrid and some are fully remote; the right balance is something we work out with each person, based on the role and the circumstances.
  • Room for Life Outside Work
    • Work is not the only thing that matters. We try to be understanding when life outside it needs your attention, whether that is your family, your health, or the ordinary things that come up during a working week.
  • More Than the Job
    • There is more to working here than the job itself. We sponsor local sports, including children's football, mountain biking, and running, and the whole company gets together regularly, with some gatherings that families are welcome to join.

Life at CompuTec

  • I'm building part of our AI agent, which connects to SAP Business One through the Model Context Protocol, an open standard that works with different AI tools. The technology is new enough that there's no manual to follow, so we work things out as we go. I get a real say in how it takes shape, and for a developer that's genuinely exciting.

  • I joined more than twenty-five years ago in a junior role, back when we were still a small company. Today I lead our sales team, and in that time we've grown to work with customers far beyond Poland. What kept me here is simple. If you're good at what you do, people here notice, and they give you room to go further.

  • I like that we build our software right inside SAP Business One, and increasingly for the Web Client, which is where the product is heading. It's modern work with current tools, and there's real satisfaction in knowing that what I build now will still be in use years from now.

  • Working in support, I get a clear picture of what customers really need. I spotted a way we could make something work better, suggested it, and the development team built it into the product. It's used by customers everywhere now, and knowing it started with me feels good.
