Mattress production and Europe's only foam recycling facility, connected in one system
Ikano Industry produces mattresses for IKEA, manufacturing more than 200 different types across facilities in Poland, Germany, France, and Asia. Its Polish operations, based in Rogozno and Krajenka, cover the complete production process, from polyurethane foam production and cutting patterns to sewing covers and delivering finished goods to IKEA's network of stores. Founded in 1992, Ikano Industry employs around 1,000 people in Poland and is the only factory in Europe with chemical recycling facilities for flexible polyurethane foam, reusing the resulting raw material in its own production process.
The catalyst for change
Ikano Industry uses a number of internally developed, bespoke applications to support different parts of its business. The company needed a new system that could integrate with these existing programs, with room for customization, speed, and efficiency.

Ikano Industry implemented SAP Business One with CompuTec ProcessForce, directly with CompuTec.
